This is a diet I can get behind. Wallace M. Rogerson did not actually try to kill his patients but just wanted them to turn up the music and dance. Moving your body, burning calories and feeling happier and healthier actually did cause weight loss without a side effect of death.
#4. The Sauna Pants Diet
The original sweatpants, invented in the 1970s were pants that were designed to make you sweat more during workouts. Of course, the workout itself would help you lose weight and the sweatpants would only make you more dehydrated. It was even said that if you would wear them during your normal day to day activities they would help you slim down.
